All charges exclude 18% GST. These are starting bands — the written quote issued after the site survey is the final figure. Weekend, month-end and festival dates are 10–15% higher because vehicles and manpower are in short supply.

What the quote includes, and what is extra

How we move an office without stopping your work

An office move is judged on one thing: whether people can work the next morning. So we split it into three phases instead of lifting everything at once.

1. Phase 1 — low-risk assets. Records, stationery, pantry and spare furniture: anything nobody needs on a working day. This goes first.
2. Phase 2 — workstations and furniture. Dismantled, parts labelled, and reassembled at the new office against your seat map, so each desk lands where it is meant to.
3. Phase 3 — IT last, live first. Machines and network gear move last and are set up first, in the order your IT team gives us.

A joint survey before the date fixes this sequence. We measure the freight lift and the loading bay at both buildings and photograph them, so nothing is discovered on move day.

Building access, freight lift and loading window

In Delhi the building decides the plan more than the distance does. Many of the older CBD towers were not built for a full-floor move, so we confirm all of this at both ends before fixing a date:

• Freight lift inner dimensions and weight limit — measured, not assumed. A conference table that will not enter the lift changes the whole method.
• Permission from building management, and the loading time window they allow.
• Basement clear height, ramp slope and turning radius, which decide the vehicle size we can bring in.
• Crew ID list shared in advance where the building asks for it, and a supervisor at each end.
• Lift and passage protection — corner guards and floor covering — so you do not lose a damage deposit.

IT equipment, servers and documents

• Machines and network gear packed separately from furniture, not mixed into general cartons.
• Cables coiled and labelled against the port they came from, so reconnection is not guesswork.
• IT moves last and is set up first, in the power-on order your IT team writes down before the move.
• Confidential files in sealed cartons with plain labels, handed over against a signed list.
• If you want cover on IT assets, declare the value before the move so it appears on the quote.

Asset list and handover at your new office

Most office moves go wrong at handover, not during transport. Two things prevent it:

• A labelled asset list prepared at the old office and signed at the new one, so your accounts team can update the asset register without a second count.
• A seat map from you before the move. Desks, chairs and storage are placed against it, which is why your team can sit down and start instead of hunting for a chair.

Booking: what happens on day 0

3. Written quote with each line separated: packing, labour, transport, add-ons, and GST shown separately.
4. You confirm with 30% advance, or a ₹500 / ₹1,000 token. The advance adjusts into the final bill.
5. Date and slot locked with building management at both ends; survey notes become the move plan.
6. Move day: supervisor on site, labelled cartons and parts, GPS on the vehicle, asset list signed at handover.
