When refunds do not apply
Services already rendered
If our crew has already arrived at your location in Cyber City, Sohna Road, or DLF phases and begun packing or loading, a refund cannot be issued. Payment covers labour, vehicles, and materials used. Once goods are in transit or unloaded at your destination, the service is complete and non-refundable.
Partial or no-show cancellations by you
If you cancel less than 7 days before your move date and our crew is already scheduled (e.g., vehicles booked for your 1-BHK Gurgaon-to-Noida move starting ₹2,999), the ₹500 cancellation fee is deducted from your advance. This covers logistics costs we've already committed.
Changes to scope after booking
If you request additional items, fragile packing upgrades, or extended waiting time after your initial quote was issued, the revised quote is binding. Refunds for scope reductions are calculated pro-rata only if the change is requested in writing more than 5 days before moving.
GST and tax-inclusive pricing
All prices quoted by Gurgaon Packers Movers include 18% GST as per Indian tax law. Our itemized quote for your move (whether ₹4,500 for a 1.5-BHK in Sector 49 or ₹12,000 for a 2-BHK in MG Road) shows GST built in—no extra tax is added at checkout.

Damage claims and compensation
Gurgaon Packers Movers provides basic coverage for damage during transit at no extra charge. If your furniture or goods suffer visible damage—scratches, dents, breakage—during our handling in Cyber City, Sushant Lok, or any NCR pincode, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
How to claim:
- Photograph the damaged item with clear timestamps and labels
