Gurgaon Packers collects only the information needed to fulfil your move request and provide customer support: name, contact number, email, origin and destination addresses, move date, household inventory description, and (for corporate moves) employer details for IBA-format invoicing. We do not collect government IDs unless you specifically share them for IBA bill compliance.

Information sharing
Gurgaon Packers does not sell your data to third parties. We share information only with: (a) our crew leaders responsible for your move, (b) insurance providers when processing transit insurance, (c) tax authorities as required by Indian GST law, and (d) law enforcement when legally compelled.
Data retention
Quote and invoice records are retained for 7 years to comply with GST and audit requirements. Personal details unrelated to active invoices are deleted on request. Email [email protected] to request deletion.

Gurgaon Packers Movers is the data controller. We collect minimum necessary information (name, contact, addresses, move details) solely for fulfilling your move request and customer support. We do not sell or share your data with unrelated third parties.
What is Gurgaon Packers's cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48+ hours before move date: full refund minus a ₹500 administrative fee. Cancellations within 48 hours: ₹2,000 or 25% of the quote (whichever is higher) is retained to cover crew booking and material allocation. Force-majeure cancellations (medical emergency, natural disaster) are processed at full refund on submission of supporting documents.
Which jurisdiction governs disputes?
All disputes arising out of services provided by Gurgaon Packers Movers are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, India. Indian law applies.
